Among her areas of expertise are women's issues, depression, stress management, self-esteem issues, relationship/communication issues, anxiety disorders and hypnotherapy.

With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Ms. Gillis works with patients to help them understand that their thoughts affect their feelings and behavior.
